Job Description We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Email and Chat Billing Associates to join our team at blithequark. As a leading provider of customer service solutions, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer contacts via email and chat, addressing issues related to their bills, and providing timely and effective solutions. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to balance your work and personal life with ease. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner Address customer concerns and issues related to their bills, providing clear and concise solutions Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a member of the Deaf Community and be fluent in Jamaican Sign Language. Additionally, you should have: At least 3 CXCs or City & Guilds, including English Language (preferred) A valid Government ID (Passport, Driver’s License, National ID) TRN and NIS Flexibility to work any 5 days and any 8 hours on site (Ward Ave) The ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check Essential Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in email and chat platforms Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
