Sales Development Representative
SSON, a division of IQPC, is seeking an ambitious and driven Delegate Development Representative to help grow their community. This role focuses on fostering relationships with business executives to generate interest and attendance for B2B events through strategic outreach methods. Responsibilities Identify and recruit executive-level participants for networking event programs Expand our database through strategic prospecting and research efforts Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pitching, closing, and account management Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape Skills A bachelor's degree 1-2 years of experience in a role related to customer service, sales, account management or recruitment Strong tech skills including use of PC, Microsoft Outlook, CRM, and LinkedIn Exceptional time management skills and work ethic, whether working remotely or in-office Experience in cold calling and prospecting is preferred Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k.
