[Remote] Software Engineer, CAD Automation - New College Grad 2026

They are seeking a Software/CAD engineer to build solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency of custom circuit designs while collaborating with multi-functional teams. Responsibilities • Work within a multi-functional team on various projects involving Pre-silicon and Post Silicon hardware design and related data • Support circuit design engineers to automate typical design tasks and improve efficiency • Build flows and methodology around vendor EDA tool and design collaterals to streamline design and verification workflows • Work closely with design engineers to support the existing development infrastructure, identify possible improvements and solutions • Employ good software engineering practices to develop complex and scalable systems Skills • MS or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience) • Proven knowledge in VLSI CAD flows and methodology • Experience and background in VLSI • Strong programming skills in multiple languages (C++, Tcl, Python, Makefile or other scripting languages) • Good interpersonal skills, quick learner, proactive, innovative, highly motivated, and committed • Experience with design collaterals such as .v, .gv, .lib, gds, etc • Enjoy working with multiple levels and teams across organizations • Proven technical presentation skills Benefits • Equity • Benefits Company Overview • NVIDIA is a computing platform company operating at the intersection of graphics, HPC, and AI.
