Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries. Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other related inquiries, ensuring that their travel plans are executed smoothly and efficiently. Provide accurate information regarding blithequark policies, procedures, and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings and procedures. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to maintain service quality and compliance standards, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent ; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable, but not essential – we're committed to training and developing our team members. Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a commitment to maintaining high levels of service quality and availability. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field, with a understanding of airline operations and procedures. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
