Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email support, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Respond to customer queries, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management. Work independently to solve unique problems, think creatively, and come up with innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
