Job Summary As a Customer Care Agent at Blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, providing top-notch support and creating raving fans for our brand. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email support, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Respond to customer queries, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management. Work independently to solve unique problems, think creatively, and come up with innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support to customers. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online support environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, think creatively, and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail, with accuracy and efficiency in responding to customer inquiries. Proficient in using computer software, including CRM systems, live chat platforms, and email management tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with lighting industry products and services. Certification in customer service or a related field. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
