HighLevel (GHL) & AI Automation Specialist – Full-Time (US Time Zone) Location: Remote (Must Work US Time Zone) Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week) About Us We are Simplicity AI, a rapidly growing AI automation company helping medical professionals optimize lead generation, appointment scheduling, and patient engagement through AI-powered workflows. We’re looking for a HighLevel (GHL) & AI Automation Specialist to help us streamline integrations, automate processes, and optimize our AI-powered solutions. This is a full-time role for someone who is an expert in GHL, Zapier/Make, and Voice AI, with a deep understanding of automation, APIs, and AI-driven communication tools. What You’ll Do: ✅ GHL Automation & Management – Set up, optimize, and maintain HighLevel workflows, pipelines, and integrations for clients. ✅ AI & Voice AI Integration – Connect AI-powered voice tools (e.g., Retell AI) to streamline lead qualification, scheduling, and follow-bolthires. ✅ Zapier/Make Automations – Build custom workflows that connect GHL with other platforms (Facebook Ads, bolthires Calendar, Twilio, etc.). ✅ Lead Management & Appointment Flow – Ensure leads from Facebook Ads and other sources seamlessly sync into GHL and trigger the correct automation sequences. ✅ System Debugging & Optimization – Troubleshoot issues with AI responses, call flows, and CRM automations. ✅ Performance Tracking & Reporting – Set up automated reports and dashboards to track AI and lead performance for our clients. ✅ Client Support & Implementation – Work directly with our internal team to customize solutions for our clients. Who You Are: ✔️ GHL Expert – You’ve built and optimized multiple HighLevel (GoHighLevel) automation workflows before. ✔️ AI & Voice AI Knowledge – You understand how AI-driven voice & SMS automation work and can implement them in lead conversion workflows. ✔️ Zapier/Make Pro – You know how to connect APIs, sync platforms, and automate data flow with Zapier and make.com. ✔️ Tech-Savvy Problem Solver – You’re resourceful and know how to debug when an automation isn’t working. ✔️ Fast & Efficient – You thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where results matter. ✔️ US Time Zone Availability – You can work 9 AM – 6 PM EST (or similar US hours). Bonus Points If You Have: ➕ Experience working with medical professionals or healthcare automation. ➕ Knowledge of Twilio, Retell AI, or other voice AI platforms. ➕ Familiarity with AI-powered chat and call automation.
