[Remote] ServiceNow Developer – CSM

Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading US organization for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow CSM solutions supporting nationwide customer and field service operations. Responsibilities • Develop and configure ServiceNow CSM modules to meet business requirements • Collaborate with architects and business process consultants to design and implement scalable CSM solutions • Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations to enhance customer and agent experiences • Support upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting within the CSM environment • Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adherence to development best practices • Participate in agile delivery cycles, contributing to sprint planning and reviews Skills • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including 2+ years with CSM • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Portal • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs • Strong understanding of CSM data model, case management, and field service workflows • ServiceNow certifications in System Administration and CIS-CSM certification are preferred Company Overview • Alldus is a specialist staffing company with one single purpose: To connect the best people in Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation.
