[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for families considering their college counseling programs, responsible for qualifying leads and booking consultations. Responsibilities Making outbound calls and responding to incoming inquiries from prospective families Qualifying leads using thoughtful, guiding questions Booking initial consultations with Program Advisors for qualified families and ensuring attendance, rescheduling as needed Developing and maintaining professional, positive relationships with families Managing a high-volume prospecting schedule while keeping conversations warm, informative, and professional Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot, including notes, stages, and follow-ups Taking ownership of your work by proactively seeking feedback and suggesting thoughtful improvements to your process Continuously refining your sales techniques and deepening your industry knowledge Skills Fluent in English Strong customer service experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic Highly team-oriented, thriving in a small, collaborative environment Growth-oriented and adaptable, eager to learn and improve in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience using CRM (Hubspot, or similar system) Company Overview Collegewise is the largest leading university counseling organization It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
