Essential Qualifications Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is required; experience in technical support or a related field is highly desirable. Proven customer service experience , preferably in a tech support role, with a strong track record of resolving customer issues.
