ANALYST I
The Watershed Stewards Program (WSP) is committed to improving the lives of young adults through public service and conservation-related work. They are seeking an Analyst I to join the Communications Outreach Recruitment and Enrollment (CORE) Unit, focusing on recruiting young individuals for conservation programs. The role involves using CRM systems to track applicant engagement and requires travel for recruitment activities. Responsibilities Actively recruit young individuals to join at the CCC non-residential and statewide residential centers with a focus for recruiting and enrolling for wildland firefighting, and other CCC conservation programs Provide coverage and travel to, but not limited to Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, San Joaquin, Santa Clara, and Tuolumne Counties Use CoRe (Corpsmember Recruitment Salesforce system) CRM (customer relationship management) to track engagement with CCC Corpsmember applicants Analyze and assess recruitment reports for constant and timely engagement for a smooth enrollment process Skills Strong analytical skills Public speaking skills Enjoys working with young adults Experience with sales and/or recruitment Experience using CRM systems Ability to establish and maintain effective and beneficial relationships with internal and external customers Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated experience interpreting policies, regulations, and laws Excellent work ethic, good problem solving, decision making and critical thinking Effective communication skills, with the ability to exchange information clearly and accurately in writing and through interpersonal interactions Ability to communicate effectively with management and various customers professionally Ability to take initiative to work independently and as a team, as well as tact and good judgment Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs Company Overview The Watershed Stewards Program (WSP) is dedicated to improving watershed health by actively engaging in restoration science, civic service, and community education while empowering the next generation of environmental stewards.
