The role involves delivering integrated solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and training others in the field. Responsibilities Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems Performs maintenance and repairs Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may affect product performance Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions Skills A bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline—such as chemistry, analytical sciences, biomedical engineering—or equivalent education and experience 1+ years of experience in a similar position or experience as an end-user Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful, and timely You have a valid driver's license Enjoy traveling and visiting customers, including some overnight travel as needed Must consent to participate and meet Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential Benefits Eligibility for bonus Stock Benefits Company Overview Agilent Technologies addresses the scientific and laboratory management needs of analytical scientists and clinical researchers.
