[Remote] ERP System Analyst - PERM

Healthcare IT Leaders is a national leader in IT workforce solutions, and they are seeking an experienced ERP System Analyst to join their healthcare client's team in Indiana. The Analyst will lead the Workday support team, ensuring day-to-day systems support and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. Responsibilities • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery • Lead roadmapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning • Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring functional areas requirements are met • Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements with the functional areas • Overall accountability for data governance, security and compliance • Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities • Develop and promote continuous learning within the support team • Manage and provide leadership for the resources supporting the break/fix efforts of the HR/Finance/SC applications • Act as Tier 2 point of contact to monitor and triage HR/Finance/SC IT issues • Research inquiries using available information resources and redirect problems to the appropriate resource • Lead effort in tracking issues and resolutions; identify situations requiring urgent attention • Stay current with any supported system information, changes and updates • Analyze and assess technical issues (Desktop, Network, Application, Other) • Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned Skills • Experience related to implementation and management of enterprise HR, SCM or Financials applications • Ability to clearly articulate messages with all levels in the organization, including breaking down complex topics for target audiences • Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities • Ability to troubleshoot and provide support; high technical aptitude with the ability to grasp technical concepts and details • Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution • Ability to motivate and set the direction for a team • Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and customer service orientation • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment • Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment in relation to ERP • Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline) • Workday PRO Certification required • Workday experience or training preferred or equivalent combination of training and work experience • Technical and/or functional HR/SCM/Finance background a plus Company Overview • Healthcare IT Consulting and Workforce Solutions. #BeALeader It was founded in 2011, and is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
