Learn more: inventive.ai The Role We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Intern to work directly with founders and the growth team. The role is focused on scaling systems, CRM-driven targeting, and marketing operations. What You’ll Do • CRM & Targeting → structure, segment, and enrich CRM data to power smart outreach campaigns • Marketing Operations → manage growth stack (CRM, email, analytics, automation tools) • Performance Tracking → monitor and analyze campaigns, build dashboards, surface insights • Campaign Execution → support setup, scheduling, and reporting across growth initiatives • Research & Experimentation → explore new channels, tools, and strategies to accelerate growth Who We’re Looking For • Exceptionally smart, curious, and driven • Strong interest in growth, marketing ops, and CRM systems • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with tools/data • Can commit for 6 months full-time (min 20 hrs/week if part-time) Details • Duration: 6 months • Stipend: Flexible (depending on candidate strength) • Location: Remote Apply tot his job
