JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing the overall supervision of our Common Interest Developments (CID). The Remote Community Association Manager interacts with the owners, vendors, board members, committee members and staff, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Interface with Board and Residents provide prompt response to requests and inquiries. Daily calls and emails. • Develop a working knowledge of association governing documents. Understanding of Financial reporting and communication to the Board, maintaining all records. • Attend Board Meetings and Annual Meetings. Prepare Board packages according to established time frames. • Perform/direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board Directors, in accordance with management agreement and the Association’s governing documents. Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors • Maintain knowledge and understanding of contract between the association and vendors. Ensure all contractual obligations are being met. • Ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner and prioritize and delegate workload as necessary. • Responsible for routine and special project vendor management including vendor proposals procurement as well as performance evaluation as contracted. • Coordinate and/or oversee inspection of building facilities and/or common area and arrange appropriate follow up actions as required. Process and manage violations and close them out regularly. • Oversee all construction projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement and other related projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications: • must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record • must be familiar with all Federal and State laws as well as Davis-Stirling Act. • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). • Knowledge of assets, cash balance and availability of funds for cash flow management for capital improvements • Knowledge and application of Fair Housing practices Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) • Required license or certification: CACM or CMCA Experience: • 1 – 3 years of Common Interest Development (CID) management AVAILABILITY: • Regular business hours and after hours, as necessary, including night/weekend Board meetings • Responsible to respond to and follow up on all Emergency services as assigned (24/7 service) • Work remotely from home, with limited office time requirement Apply tot his job
