Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Organize and maintain accurate records of documents, invoices, and client information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards. Process customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist in the setup and implementation of dispatching software such as ServiceTitan. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Experience in scheduling or dispatching, with a strong understanding of operational workflows and customer service principles. Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services industry is highly preferred, as it demonstrates your familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials. Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies. Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Familiarity with cloud-based CRM systems such as Jobber, HouseCall Pro, or SingleOps is a plus, as it indicates your ability to work with technology and manage customer relationships. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
