Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and compassionate RN to provide routine, standardized nursing care to patients under the supervision of a physician. As a key member of our Population Health team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support. Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Provide routine, standardized nursing care to patients under the supervision of a physician, including assisting with examinations, procedures, and other activities related to direct patient care. Appointment Coordination: Arrange for patient appointments for diagnostic testing, consults, referrals, and admission to hospital, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient care. Medical Records: Document patient's vital statistics and other encounter data into patient charts, ensuring that all required records are accurate and up-to-date. Medication Management: Call in prescriptions for patients according to physician orders, and ensure that medications are properly managed and dispensed. Exam Room Preparation: Prepare exam rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment, and clean exam rooms between procedures and exams. Communication: Receive and return clinically related telephone calls, screening and forwarding those requiring physician action, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Medical History: Complete medical/physical history forms and other related information for insurance companies, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete. Requirements and Qualifications Education Associate Degree in Nursing: Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Preferred Experience No Experience Required: We welcome recent graduates and new professionals to apply for this exciting opportunity. Certifications, Registrations, and Licenses Registered Nurse License: Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
