Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Telemetry professional to join our team on a remote basis. As a RN Telemetry with Vetted Health, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient telemetry, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week, and offers a competitive salary of $2,110 per week, with $1,477 in wages and $633 in stipend. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care, including monitoring patient telemetry and responding to changes in patient condition Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, goals, and priorities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and laboratory results Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic medical records (EMRs) Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible for licensure) 2 years of experience in a telemetry or similar setting Basic Life Support (BLS) certification National and state certification (or eligible for certification) Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and telemetry monitoring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g. CCRN, CPN) Experience working in a travel or contract nursing role Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with ability to lead and support other nurses What We Offer At Vetted Health, we're committed to providing our clinicians with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to succeed.
