Actively promote the benefits and features of blithequark to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation, helping to drive growth and success. Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance, ensuring that gig workers receive the support they need. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and in conversation. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills , with the ability to navigate between multiple chat conversations efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
