Job Summary We're seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nursing staff within the call center environment. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical outcomes, and adherence to protocols and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor nursing staff within the call center environment, ensuring exceptional service and patient care. Staff Management: Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations for the nursing team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team performance. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Clinical Guidance: Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing complex patient cases and clinical challenges. Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes. Policy Development: Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to call center operations and patient care. Performance Analysis: Review and analyze patient care metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: RN License: Active RN license in a Compact License State (multi-state or single-state as applicable). Nursing Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Clinical Background: Strong clinical background with experience in home healthcare or telemedicine preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Remote Work Experience: Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment. Healthcare Technology: Familiarity with healthcare technology and systems is a plus.
