SEV Laser is one of the fastest-growing aesthetic medical spa brands in the country, seeking a driven and organized Recruiter to support their rapid growth. The Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting across various roles, partnering closely with leadership to elevate the candidate experience and manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across admin, clinical, corporate, and field operations Manage high-volume hiring across multiple states and locations Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities Source, screen, interview, and close candidates Coordinate offers, onboarding, and start dates Maintain accurate hiring data in our ATS Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience Support ongoing growth initiatives as SEV continues to expand nationally Skills Experience in full-cycle recruiting (healthcare, retail, or multi-location environments a plus) Strong sourcing and closing skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once Excellent communication and follow-through High sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism Passion for building teams and supporting growth Benefits 40 hours PTO 40 hours paid sick time Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) plan (eligible immediately) Employer-paid life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pet insurance and additional voluntary benefits Employee discounts on SEV Laser services Supportive leadership and real opportunity for growth as the company scales Company Overview Sev Laser is a medical spa company that specializes and offers high quality and affordable laser treatments.
