Responsibilities • Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with established and up-and-coming regional Opinion Leaders in ANCA Vasculitis. • Support deep engagement of key customers including navigating IDNs, Centers of Excellence, Professional Organizations, and Foundations/Patient Organizations. • Manage OL Speaker bureau relationships including supporting speaker training, compliance, and product theater speaker management. • Manage regional speaker bureau, including providing speaker recommendations. • Identify, map, and manage relationships with key national Vasculitis Centers and other large treatment facilities. • Coordinate and lead all one-to-one exchanges between brand team and KOLs across key initiatives and events. • Attend and manage brand activity at key regional and national inflammation conferences. • Manage overall regional sponsorship budget and work with organizations to secure sponsorships. • Coordinate executive meetings with OLs at national conferences. • Complete all necessary conference and speaker contract requirements in a timely manner. • Coordinate with marketing to ensure all congress materials are delivered on time. • Work cross-functionally to drive and develop aligned external engagement strategies. • Provide customer and market insights back to the marketing team. • Partner with the HCP Marketing team to develop advisory board strategy and content. • Drive key initiatives such as advisory boards, speaker bureau & product theater content development. Requirements • Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or sales experience, or Master's degree and 4 years of marketing or sales experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing or sales experience, or Associate's degree and 10 years of marketing or sales experience, or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing or sales experience. Nice-to-haves • 5-10 years of experience working in Rheumatology, Nephrology, Rare Disease in customer-facing roles. • Experience developing and executing HCP key customer strategies. • Proven ability to develop and execute KOL mapping and plans. • Prior experience in thought leader engagement, regional marketing, sales, medical affairs, or sales leadership. • Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with OLs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including confident executive presence. • Ability to creatively address problems in an organized, systematic way. • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
