Production Coordinator, Dome Prod
Dome Productions is North America’s leading production and transmission facilities provider, jointly owned by Rogers Media and Bell Media. The Production Coordinator will work closely with the production management and sales team on planning and executing live or taped events for clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments. Responsibilities Work closely with Dome’s production management and sales team on the planning an execution of live or taped events for Dome' clients Provide event coordination and administrative support for Dome’s sales and production management team using an internal system, excel and outlook tools Understand individual event production needs (participate in client calls, RPFs, technical calls) and ensure accuracy of information going to clients. Attend events onsite periodically to establish relationships and oversee event Work across all Dome departmental lines to ensure relevant event information is communicated and responses are received in a timely manner and costs are being managed appropriately By working adjacent to some of the most exciting live events in North America including sports, concerts or major events at both the professional and amateur level, change is a constant fact Candidates will be expected to navigate the change and ensure proper communication and support for event success Liaise with US based industry partners as required to fulfill client crew requests Skills Work closely with Dome's production management and sales team on the planning and execution of live or taped events for Dome's clients Provide event coordination and administrative support for Dome's sales and production management team using an internal system, excel and outlook tools Understand individual event production needs (participate in client calls, RPFs, technical calls) and ensure accuracy of information going to clients Attend events onsite periodically to establish relationships and oversee event Work across all Dome departmental lines to ensure relevant event information is communicated and responses are received in a timely manner and costs are being managed appropriately Navigate change and ensure proper communication and support for event success Liaise with US based industry partners as required to fulfill client crew requests Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec College or University degree an asset Previous live event broadcast experience is an asset Very organized with strong attention to detail Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to be flexible and adaptable Ability to participate in high functioning teams A proactive willingness to find solutions both during and after work hours to complex problems and situations The ability to work independently and see both the small and big picture of each decision, including analyzing various potential scenarios in advance Benefits Medical, dental, vision and mental health benefits 35% discount on our services Access exclusive offers from our partners Company Overview Bell continues to evolve in order to better serve its customers and shareholders.
