Responsibilities Calculate and process routine advisor compensation, including revenue-based payouts, adjustments, and one-time payments Assist in maintaining advisor compensation schedules, agreements, and related documentation Validate compensation data to ensure accuracy and alignment with billing and revenue records Support compensation-related inquiries from advisors, leadership, and internal teams Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly compensation reports and summaries Support variance analysis to identify discrepancies between expected and actual compensation results Maintain accurate records to support internal reviews, audits, and compliance requirements Coordinate with Billing, Operations, and Compliance to ensure compensation is aligned with advisory fee revenue and firm policies Assist with continuous improvement of compensation processes, documentation, and controls Support data entry, validation, and ad hoc audits related to advisor compensation Skills Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in compensation administration, payroll, accounting, or financial operations; financial services experience preferred Basic understanding of advisor compensation models and revenue-sharing arrangements Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Financial services experience preferred Company Overview Elevation Point stands out with personalized support and dynamic OCIO solutions for independent advisors.
