Project Manager-HRM

The Project Manager, Human Resources is responsible for leading projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, while partnering with business owners and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver service excellence through effective application of people, processes, and technology across HR and enterprise initiatives Lead projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards in alignment with the organization’s Project Management Methodology Partner closely with business owners, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to define objectives, manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes that support organizational strategy and employee Demonstrate strong leadership, sound independent judgment, and a high level of discretion to effectively influence project teams, foster collaboration, and drive successful outcomes Communicate clearly and confidently with all levels of the organization, including preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and comprehensive status, risk, and performance reports Support organizational priorities by proactively identifying issues, recommending solutions, and performing additional duties as required to ensure overall project and business success Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required Minimum one year of related work experience to include project management, project lead and/or management responsibilities required Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills Ability to plan and organize technical and analytical work Able to use project planning software, spreadsheets, and word processing software Excellent verbal and writing skills; Able to communicate effectively and clearly in English, in writing and verbally Ability to deal effectively with people and elicit support from other areas and vendors Strong customer service skills Excellent planning, problem solving, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to analyze and interpret data, analyze and interpret processes and needs based on limited information Able to manage time effectively and plan and implement objectives Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and respond courteously under pressure Knowledge of healthcare software or systems required Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Able to distinguish colors as necessary; write, hear, read and speak sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone; identify and distinguish various sounds associated with workplace; see adequately to read computer screens and written documents necessary to the position Master's Degree preferred Certification in Project Management preferred Company Overview Loma Linda University Health’s story is one of hope.
