Portfolio Management - Associate

Deutsche Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate with banking experience to join their team. This role supports the accurate reporting, analysis, and control of financial and performance metrics used by senior management and business stakeholders. Responsibilities Support the preparation, validation, and analysis of performance metrics, management reports, and dashboards used for financial and business decision-making Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes, including data reconciliation, variance analysis, and investigation of data anomalies Partner with cross-functional teams to: Define and refine Key Performance Indicators/Key Risk Indicators Understand data sources and business logic Ensure alignment with reporting standards and business objectives Develop and enhance automated reporting solutions using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and other Power BI platforms Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements Provide actionable insights to senior management through clear and concise reporting.
