Computershare Canada is a global leader in financial administration, and they are seeking a Learning Consultant to join their team. The role involves executing core work processes in Learning Needs Analysis, Design, Development/Delivery, and Evaluation, while partnering with business stakeholders to implement performance solutions. Responsibilities Partner with our business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify current and needed skills for employees to perform successfully in their role Contribute to the design, development, deployment, maintenance and evaluation of learning and performance support solutions for the global business unit Work with the rest of the team to ensure our current learning and performance solutions remain relevant and continue to help our people be successful When required, facilitate in-class or virtual workshops, ensuring we provide an engaging and inclusive environment Skills Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills.
