Job Overview The Part Time Temporary Data Entry Specialist will work closely with our Operations Manager and Operations Specialist to complete assigned tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent data accuracy, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Compile, sort, and correct data to be entered, ensuring accuracy and completeness Accurately and efficiently enter one shift every two minutes, meeting company standards for data integrity Review and verify the accuracy of data to ensure it meets company standards, making corrections as necessary Update and maintain records to reflect the most current information, adhering to data security and confidentiality guidelines Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance data management efficiency Run schedules QA for all entered shifts as necessary, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Uphold blithequark's Core Values, including owning your relationships, obsessing over the experience, simplifying the process, and defending our culture Work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success Shift Schedule and Work Environment The Part Time Temporary Data Entry Specialist will work an average of 15-20 hours per week, with a schedule that includes nights and weekends. Shifts are 1.5 hours long, with no more than 3 shifts in one business day. You will have the opportunity to work independently, making decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations, while also collaborating with our operations team to achieve common goals.
