Job Overview This is a virtual, inbound sales specialist role, where you will handle inbound sales calls, approximately 40 per day, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your day-to-day schedule will be available in our scheduling system, designed to allow maximum availability and responsiveness to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing your schedule at the start of your shift, being aware of assigned daily break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find their ideal products Contact product suppliers to pursue additional information that may not be available on the blithequark website Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call flow, including testing questions, accepting the sale, building rapport, and more Contemplate the customer's needs and consistently look for ways to enhance their experience by upselling or cross-selling products they may not initially consider Keep up-to-date with process and policy changes via email or the chat channel, and navigate network challenges, unusual customer requests, and more Participate actively in engagement activities, sales challenges, and other elements of our culture Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a minimum of 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a call center/retail/virtual environment. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but a High School Diploma/GED with some college experience will also be considered.
