About the Position This part-time position is available from January to June 2025, with a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will be working at our site located at 820 Stillwater Road, West Sacramento, CA. As a temporary member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a production-paced environment, delivering high-quality results consistently while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities Work within the Data Entry Operations Team to enter source claim documents by reviewing and correcting data deficiencies. Maintain attendance to adhere to blithequark's policy and ensure seamless operations. Deliver high-quality results consistently, meeting individual KPIs for data entered and completing tasks within deadlines. Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, upholding the highest standards of data protection. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school education or equivalent, providing a solid foundation for data entry and administrative tasks. Knowledge of recognition software preferred and/or other data entry systems, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technologies. 1 year of experience in data entry or related production-oriented field is preferred, although we welcome applications from talented individuals looking to start their career in data entry. Ability to key a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate, showcasing your attention to detail and typing skills. Punctuality and attendance are critical in this position, as you will be working in a team environment and contributing to our overall success. Good verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and communicate with stakeholders. Basic PC skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a medical claims data entry environment, providing a deeper understanding of the industry and its requirements. Familiarity with data entry software and systems, demonstrating your ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
