Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. Key Responsibilities Process documents electronically with high accuracy and efficiency Make outbound calls to doctor's offices as volume permits, providing exceptional customer service and support Process claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with contract requirements Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients, meeting deadlines and quality standards Sort, image, document, file, and archive documents by form type, maintaining organized and up-to-date records Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information and ensuring data integrity Classify documents based on contract requirements, verifying data from automated data extraction tools and ensuring accuracy Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level, meeting deadlines and quality standards Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency, with a strong foundation in computer skills and data entry Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail A secure workspace with high-speed internet, allowing for efficient and secure data processing Ability to pass a typing test, demonstrating high accuracy and efficiency in data entry Ability to sit for long periods and work overtime if needed, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking, and excellent customer service and communication skills Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability to work weekends and holidays if required, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work schedules Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a strong understanding of document processing and classification Advanced skills in MS Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
