Job Overview As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, responding to a wide range of inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary objective will be to represent our dealer clients favorably online, provide accurate information, and turn interactions into leads that generate revenue from website traffic. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, including the latest models, features, and promotions. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless follow-up with our dealer clients. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to our quality standards. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not a requirement. You must be able to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with a preference for 40 WPM or above. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change in a quick-paced environment. Gaming experience is considered an asset, as it demonstrates your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
