Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team for a temporary summer employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, answering customer questions related to the Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You will utilize your excellent communication skills, professional phone voice, and etiquette to provide consistent high-quality service to customers.
