Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Customer Project Management Professional to provide management and oversight of business-class advanced voice, ethernet, and/or all associated small to medium business project offers from order submission through installation. As a key member of our team, you'll provide first-line customer support, communicate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and management of escalations, and work with vendors and teams to establish and achieve goals. With in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in your discipline, you'll act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and drive results to meet our organizational scorecard, productivity, and quality metrics. Core Responsibilities Establish and manage critical dates required for on-time completion of network and/or product activations, evaluating the impact of change on the overall installation timeline. Identify and manage risks, issues, and gaps that could impact timelines, goals, and installation of services, developing, triggering, and managing mitigation plans as needed. Plan agendas for and facilitate required meetings, prioritizing and driving cross-functional activities related to installations, and developing and managing communications, summary reports, and status updates for various audiences. Collaborate with various levels of sales, operations, engineering, and other functional groups to ensure orders flow accurately through completion, reviewing sales contracts and validating services with customers to ensure accuracy of product orders. Provide guidance to other team members on matters of process, procedure, and organizational compliance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions. Support multi-location customers with multiple services at each location, managing the installation of customer services and serving as the primary contact with customers and IT/technical personnel/vendor/reseller. Develop standards, processes, and procedures utilized by team members, including trialing new product support and systems/tools rollouts, and consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience. 5-7 years of relative work experience in project management, with a focus on customer-facing projects and advanced voice and ethernet services. Strong business acumen, with experience in managing business-class projects and ensuring timely completion of network and product activations. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to provide first-line customer support and manage escalations effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks, issues, and gaps that could impact timelines and goals. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile, or equivalent experience. Experience working with small to medium business products and services, including advanced voice and ethernet solutions. Knowledge of sales contracts and validation processes, with experience reviewing and validating services with customers. Familiarity with cross-functional activities and collaboration with various levels of sales, operations, engineering, and other functional groups. Experience developing standards, processes, and procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
