As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing helpful and timely assistance to our customers via phone, video chat, and traditional chat support. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll also be eligible for extra incentives as tax day approaches, and you'll be guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes of pay for each hour that you're available to work. Schedule and Availability This seasonal contract runs from January to April 15th, 2025, and you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule within our available hours of operation. You'll be able to choose from a range of schedule options, including weekday and weekend shifts, and you'll be able to work between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday through Sunday. Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including: A sincere desire to assist customers and provide exceptional support Technical savvy and experience with computer systems and software Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems and applications Excellent communication skills, with a friendly tone and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment and Technology Requirements To work as a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll need to have a dedicated workspace that's quiet, uninterrupted, and organized. You'll also need to have a range of technology, including: A personal computer (no tablet) with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS A wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) Valid antivirus software that's installed, running, and up to date A USB headset with microphone A webcam (which will be loaned to you for the duration of the contract) Important Information Please note that we're currently unable to work with contractors who reside in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. You'll also need to successfully pass a criminal background check and agree to the terms of our independent contractor agreement.
