As a Contract Technical Recruiter at Scalable, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across our Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design teams. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business needs and job requirements Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specifications and desired qualifications for each position Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System and produce reports on all phases of the recruitment process Lead recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and cost-effective Manage and enhance the candidate experience, including providing status updates, scheduling interviews, and making travel arrangements Conduct reference and background checks and prepare job offers Ideal Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you should have: Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at leading startups or technology companies A proven track record of sourcing passive candidates that become hires Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements A strong commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Essential Qualifications In addition to the above, you should possess: Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in the ecommerce or technology industry Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in recruitment Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies Certifications in recruitment or human resources, such as CPRW or SHRM-CP Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Strategic thinking: ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities At Scalable, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
