About the Role As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service to individuals inquiring about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in online conversations, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services. You will be the face of our company, representing our dealer clients in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and our dealer clients. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and provide personalized support. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to help our dealer clients improve their services. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not essential. You should be able to type at least 35 words per minute, with a preference for 40 words per minute or above. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are also required, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Training and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with comprehensive training and development opportunities to help them succeed in their roles. As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday to Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:30 pm CST. After completing your training, you will be expected to work 5-hour time blocks daily, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers.
