Job Overview The primary objective of this role is to ensure that arenaflex's customer experience is industry-leading, from lead to order, through to delivery. As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and driving a program of continuous improvement for client experience throughout the customer journey for all vehicle products and channels. You will be the primary point of contact for all relevant cross-functional partners regarding arenaflex vehicle customer journey and will proactively identify customer pain points and potential opportunities for growth across all business areas. Key Responsibilities Create and drive a program of continuous improvement for client experience throughout the customer journey for all vehicle products and channels Be the primary point of contact for all relevant cross-functional partners regarding arenaflex vehicle customer journey Proactively identify customer pain points and potential opportunities for growth across all business areas, creating tools that provide visibility into process bottlenecks and inconsistencies Work with internal partners to scope and investigate improvement initiatives Collaborate closely with the Sales and Delivery Operations team to scope, investigate, and prioritize initiatives/projects that enable an elite client experience Work closely with the engineering development team to define practical and timeline requirements of software tools and provide business context to the work, driving project prioritization based on greatest need to the business Support effective deployment of initiatives by ensuring business readiness for internal implementation, coordinating and monitoring execution, troubleshooting around obstacles, and driving decisions with management as required Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant related experience with fast-paced organizations in the field of client experience. You should have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and projects, managing trade-offs and competing needs. You should be effective at using data, logic, and intuition to identify issues, assess business value, and implement solutions, with experience running complex processes using Lean or other methodologies.
