About the Role We're seeking an experienced Account Strategist to join our Mid-Market Sales team, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service. As an Account Strategist, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, developing tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives. With a strong focus on building relationships, analyzing data, and presenting innovative advertising solutions, you'll be instrumental in helping our clients succeed and driving revenue growth for arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard Plan for, and achieve, growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers Build an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience At least 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media Ability to travel 20% of the time Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in arenaflex Ads and other digital marketing platforms Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strategic thinking : Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and present complex information in a clear and concise manner Data analysis : Ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform business decisions Relationship-building : Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
