Job Overview As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and scheduling appointments. You will work in a fast-paced, relaxed, and professional environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support. Your primary goal will be to turn online conversations into leads, enabling our dealer clients to generate revenue from their website traffic. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries Provide accurate and timely information about products and services, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to make informed decisions Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and drive revenue growth Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights for client review and process improvement Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary. You will need to demonstrate: A strong ability to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or above preferred Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to multitask, adapt to change, and thrive in a quick-paced work environment Gaming experience is helpful, but not required Essential Requirements Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 am - 6:30 pm CST Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
