Job Overview: Customer Care Advocate – Inbound Claims Support We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Advocate to handle inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email, resolving complex customer issues with empathy, diligence, and a genuine desire to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional. As a successful candidate, you will utilize effective listening skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for customer service to provide a service experience that exceeds expectations. This is a full-time virtual position with in-person training in Cary, NC, offering a unique opportunity to work remotely while being part of a collaborative and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service and ensuring that all interactions are professional, empathetic, and solution-focused. Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures, utilizing strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues. Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail. Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy, building trust and accountability with every interaction. Support service campaigns as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries, utilizing strong computer and keyboard skills to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. Maintain professionalism in all interactions, upholding the highest standards of customer service and representing arenaflex with integrity and pride. Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex customer issues. Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work specific shifts, including overtime as needed. Strong computer and keyboard skills, with the ability to navigate electronic systems and utilize technology to enhance service delivery. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex customer issues. Superb listening skills with professional oral and written communication, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to understand customer needs. Empathetic communication style to build trust and accountability, with a passion for customer service and a commitment to follow-through. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in insurance or financial services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and regulations. Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. High School diploma or GED equivalent, with some college or professional certification a plus. Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of company products, with a strong desire to continuously improve and expand knowledge and skills.
