Key Responsibilities As an Editorial Insights Content Analyst at Workwarp, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Objectively analyzing, tagging, researching, and writing about movies and series with a high level of attention to detail and understanding of the underlying creative intent. Meeting tight, dynamic deadlines in a fast-moving, professional environment and ensuring the highest quality of output. Developing an understanding of emerging film markets and successfully interpreting the business strategy for these regions. Multitasking, self-directing, and self-managing day-to-day aspects as well as other editorial and innovation projects, including A/B tests that require cross-functional collaboration. Staying up-to-date with current affairs and cultural moments, while also being aware of historical, political, social, and/or sensitive issues from across the region. Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills, especially with core cross-functional partners. Representing and advocating for the core Editorial Creative team, while also building successful partnerships in the region. Mastery of internal tools and systems, including data management and tracking software. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Prior experience in an Audio/Visual role, such as Content Specialist, Insights Strategist, Metadata Analyst, or Platform Editor. A deep knowledge of the entertainment industry and the global streaming and EMEA entertainment landscape. Passion for movies and series, as well as pop culture and new media trends, including other entertainment platforms. Ability to distinguish nuances within different movie and TV genres and distill the essence of a film/series, including sharing findings in an objective, concise manner. Excellent cross-functional skills, including presentation skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills. Full professional fluency in English is required, and fluency in Arabic is also necessary. Additional European language knowledge is a plus. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with large data catalogs and data management systems. Fluency in Excel, Airtable, Google Sheets, or other data trackers and data management systems. Experience with A/B testing and cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the entertainment industry.
