Key Responsibilities and Duties As an Electrical Assembler Panel Builder at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in the assembly, wiring, and installation of our custom robotic automation systems. Your key responsibilities will include: Performing light assembly tasks, including running cables and disassembling electrical systems for shipment Assisting in the assembly, wiring, receiving, and installation of electrical panels and systems Entering data into our Enterprise Resource Planning software when parts are received, ensuring accurate inventory management and tracking Breaking down electrical systems for shipment, ensuring that all components are properly packaged and protected Collaborating with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all electrical systems are assembled and installed to the highest standards of quality and safety Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and requirements: One to five years of experience in building panels or performing electrical assembly work, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results A solid work history, with a demonstrated commitment to stability and longevity in your previous roles Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder, with the ability to work in the Oak Creek, Wisconsin area Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 6am to 3pm, 7am to 4pm, or 8am to 5pm, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be highly regarded: Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the ongoing development and growth of our employees.
