As a Remote Airline Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for every passenger.
Key Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
? Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
? Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher authorities when necessary.
? Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures.
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service.
? Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the customer service database.
? Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
? Proven experience in customer service; experience in the airline industry is a strong advantage.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
? Proficient with computers and familiar with customer service software.
? Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
Preferred Skills

? Experience with CRM systems.
? Familiarity with airline reservation systems.
