What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Perform data entry tasks including new hires, bank information, and employee verifications
? Assist with testing for payroll HCM system patches, upgrades, and modifications
? Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all department matters
? Execute other duties as assigned, adapting to operational needs
? Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and the Code of Conduct

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) or equivalent experience
? Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience and basic computer skills (MS Office)
? Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
? Ability to lift approximately 20 lbs. and comply with physical demands of the job
? Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with HCM systems, AS/400, and Kronos
? High level of attention to detail with a focus on quality
? Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a high-volume environment
? Capability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
? Willingness to work overtime as needed based on business demands
