Job Description


As a Cabin Crew Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating cabin crew activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with airline policies and procedures, managing crew schedules, and providing support for operational issues that arise during flights. Your expertise will contribute to the safety and overall experience of our passengers.


Responsibilities


– Coordinate and manage cabin crew schedules to ensure adequate staffing on flights.


– Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.


– Serve as a point of contact for cabin crew regarding operational issues and troubleshooting.


– Collaborate with flight operations to optimize crew performance and passenger service.


– Conduct training sessions for new cabin crew members and ongoing training for existing staff.


– Prepare reports and provide analysis on cabin crew operations and performance metrics.


Requirements


– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.


– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Educational Qualifications


– Bachelor? degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.


Experience


– Minimum of 2 years of experience in airline operations, cabin crew management, or a related field is required.
