Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Washington State. As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for internal support requests and will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across various departments.


Requirements



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational abilities with a knack for problem-solving.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.


Responsibilities



  • Respond to and resolve internal support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions within the ticketing system.

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Provide guidance and training to staff on the use of various systems and software.

  • Monitor service desk performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Educational Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor? degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.


Experience



  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a service desk or customer support role.
