Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions Meet team KPIs and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends, applying the latest customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional experiences Securely work with customers' sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services, communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Experience with cryptocurrency platforms, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions A positive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support and experiences A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, experience with CRM systems would be a great plus in this role.
