About the Role As a Customer Solutions Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our mid-to-large fleet clients and their drivers. Your primary focus will be on providing administrative and product support, identifying solutions to client requirements, and ensuring that our clients are proficient in tool usage and fully benefiting from our services. Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring client retention through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within the organization Efficiently responding to incoming enquiries from all channels, including face-to-face, phone, email, and online chat, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Identifying user needs, providing training and support to ensure that clients are proficient in tool usage and fully benefiting from our services Conducting data entry, audits, reporting, and compliance related to driver and fleet accounts, with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload Proactively developing client relationships to respond to their support needs, and conducting account reviews with clients on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends Providing the Product Management team with customer feedback on product issues and improvements needed, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services What You Bring to the Table To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: A high school diploma, GED, AA degree, or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred 1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience, with proven experience interacting effectively with customers of varying levels of technical aptitude Clear and concise communication skills within chat, email, and over the phone, with the ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently A decent understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, strong Excel, Outlook), with technical expertise and experience with CRM's, Salesforce, and basic office equipment being a big plus Previous experience within a service helpdesk environment and use of a ticketing system is an advantage, as is flexibility to work outside of standard business hours (weekends, evenings) Full fluency in Japanese, preferably native, with an understanding of the culture and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in Japan Essential Qualifications In addition to the above skills and experience, you will need to possess: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow procedures A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional client support and ensuring client satisfaction The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
