[Hiring] Virtual Training Coordinator @Goodwill North Central Texas

Role Description This role involves coordinating virtual training programs and supporting students throughout their training journey. • Assist with information sessions and orientations for future students, ensuring enrollment documents are completed. • Support and assist students within the virtual training programs regarding program completion and certification. • Communicate with students via phone calls, emails, and text messages to monitor progress and address issues. • Work with NTI Recruiter and community agencies to help secure funding for students. • Manage clients’ files to ensure compliance with Agency, CARF, and funding source requirements. • Maintain data management and case management, documenting all interactions within 2 working days. • Help clients create Individual Career Plans and conduct job readiness training, both in-person and virtually. • Assist students with resume preparation, externship or job shadow experiences, and job placement. • Attend and participate in staff meetings, case management meetings, and training sessions as required. • Participate in community functions such as job fairs and chamber events. • Work cooperatively with all Goodwill staff to ensure the success of operations. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the department and program mission. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required. • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently. • Experience in job development for individuals with multiple barriers to employment. • Experience with instructing vocational and/or education curriculum. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members. • Proficient in standard computer operation systems and relevant software. • Computer skills sufficient to perform the requirements of the position. Requirements • Ability to work at a fast pace to achieve performance goals. • Must be able to access file cabinets and office equipment. • Provide own transportation to off-site facilities, job fairs, and events. • Utilize agency van for client job trips. • Communication capabilities via cell phone and/or Smartphone technology. Legal Requirements • Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements. • Ability to pass drug screen and background check. • Must be approved as a representative for the North Texas Institute for Career Development under the Texas Workforce Commission-Career Schools and Colleges.
