Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Training Consultant to join our team. As a Training Consultant at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by creating and implementing training strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance for the launch of their UKG HCM or WFM system. In this role, you’ll be able to understand customer requirements, and design and deliver training solutions that are aligned to their needs. What you’ll do: • Partner with your internal team and external clients to create training plans for client organizations that are geared towards all levels, from entry-level employees to executives. • Develop training materials, including videos, presentations, handouts, and other collateral to train users on UKG technologies. • Coordinate and deliver trainings to clients, using your presentation skills to effectively communicate the content and earn their buy-in of the new software. • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate the effectiveness of sessions delivered. • Build long-term and trusted relationships with our clients to guide them through their training launch. How you’ll be measured: • Maintaining target utilization rate • Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements • Develops trainings and roadmaps strategic objectives to help clients maximize the value of their UKG system • Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients • Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business What we offer you: • An opportunity to autonomously own your projects and be the driving force for your clients’ change management needs • The ability to share your expertise to inspire confidence with our clients in the change readiness of their UKG Pro launch • A competitive base salary of $88,000 - $97,000 with bonus potential • Comprehensive benefits, perks and PTO package • An award-winning company culture in a flexible, remote environment What makes you successful: Need to haves: • 1+ years of training or HR experience • Strong communication and presentation skills • Skillset in design, video editing, or writing copy • Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work. Nice to haves: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field • Experience in a customer-facing consulting role • Familiarity with HRIS technology Apply tot his job
